if anyone doesn't know who B.T.K. is let me fill you in from the 70's up until 91 B.T.K. operated in and around whichita kansas as a serial killer. Sending letters to the police and teasing them kind of like the zodiac. He has strangled 8 and stabed 2 victims. Yesturday he was caught. And while his last name is Rader he isn't related to Brian. atleast that's what he tells me any way.

The great music tragedy

The greatest tragedies in music is when a)a band peaks to soon and b) a band stays to long after they have peaked. let me alaborate on this if you go back to say tori amos the first two albums were nothing short of amazing and she showed great promise the third started to tail off and now she is nothing but a shell of herself. Ani defranco don't buy anything after little plastic castles and buy everything before that. Afgan whigs made what has to be one of my favorite records of all time in gentlemen i think it's a great album all the way through everything after has been a disapointment. Manson everything after mechanical animals is shit. We need people with staying pawer atleast tool hasn't let me down yet.

The perfect song

Sometimes you hear something and as a song writer i say to my self i wish i would have wrote that. or you hear it and think to your self this is perfection. I have had that fealing twice in my life once was peter gabriels original version of in your eyes. It's so simple but from the first time i ever heard it i loved it and it has never gotten old to me. Another is 3 libras by a perfect circle. Again from the first time i heard it i thought it was perfection. Out of every song i have ever heard and every song i have ever loved those are the only two i can think of. One by u2 is almost there just needs something more to get it over the hump.

Alice in Chains

Ahh yes this straight from the band they have been playing together again and even did a show for the sunami relief. The bad news Layne is still gone so who filled in a few people but the best one i'm sure was none other then maynard from tool did 3 songs with them. Two of my favorite bands together as one wow wish i could have seen it.

Hunter Thompson

anyone who saw fear and loathing in las vegas yeah that was hunter. He shot himself yesturday. Geuss it realy shouldn't be a surprise but atleast he was an original.

Ahh Yes

Things are going realy well with the recording i think you guys are going to be amazed i know we are and trust me we are hard to amaze. There will be a surprise or two on the new record. you guys just have to wait for it to come out to see what i mean. By far more then ever i am not only happy but proud to be in this band. We are now a real live band. Wow can't wait for you guys to hear it.

new show dates

were not playing at tiki time in murray now. I guess they got scared its the name i think were not that wicked are we?i dont think so .Theres another change in the dates for march 25th instead of 9th st basement its the royal grove with unspoken labeled and two other bands hope to see you there stay wicked.

I was going through Launch tonight and realized something very important i hate almost everything that's been coming out am i getting old or just a music snob? Maybe a little bit of both. Any way if you have been looking for that video you remembered or you haven't seen yet this is the place.

the rawnch bowl

Well we played the ranch bowl last night and i have to say it sucked. the sound wasn't there the line up was terrible it just wasn't the ranchbowl i remember at all hopefully it will come around again.Heres some dates that we are gonna be playing.march11th tiki time in murray,march 18th,19th jr's down under lincoln,march 25th 9th st basement lincoln, march 26th mikes place council bluffs and may 27th,28th jr's down under lincoln hope to see you there stay wicked.

ranch bowl thursday

well i told you guys i would keep you up to date on our recording process the most recent song we recorded was told secret. I have to say this one went pretty well we are all pretty happy the way it turned out. The next song we record will probably be crazy we are changing a few of the songs up a little bit to make them heavier and just an all around better song. If you want to hear what we have done so far come out to the ranch bowl thursday (2-10-05) im not sure what time we will be going on but im pretty sure the doors open at 7 pm. hope to see you all there stay wicked.

Cat 6

For anyone who has high speed internet such as cable modems or dsl lines i have a little hint for you. Cat 6 cables. Alright you are already using cat5 right now but cat 6 gives you higher through put. I understand you probably think it's good enough but if i can see a noticable major diffrence so will you. Spend the extra coin and try it you'll like it. -Grant
